On the shoulder there is extra material for your logging pads. On the back shoulder area stitched extra material for venting and repelling water.
This coat is a one-of a kind item. When you get your coat you will spray with jeavy duty water repllent and hang for an hour. Once you have sprayed your coat it is good to wear. The special material cordura is designed to breath and be a tough very durable fabric. Once a year it is suggested that you re-spray your coat for longer life to the material.
